Even if you eat really healthy (which is hardly possible if you are a student or working or whatever with all skipping meals and junkfood and eating out) you may still not getting all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs on a daily basis. And dont worry, there is no such thing called over-multivitamin...whichever you do not need, your body will dispose of it naturally.
